Kasa was born out of a simple frustration: the people selling and managing Africa's properties were drowning in spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and missed viewings. We build the software that takes that weight off — so agents and agencies can get back to the part of the job only humans can do.
It started in Abuja in 2024, managing a single portfolio with off-the-shelf tools that were never built for how African real estate actually works. So we built our own — first the portal, then the 360° Capture app, then the public marketplace.
