Do I need special equipment to capture 360° tours?
No. Kasa Capture works with the camera in your phone — iPhone or Android. We handle stitching, levelling, and labelling in the cloud. A tripod helps for tight rooms but isn't required.
Can my whole team use one Kasa account?
Yes. Agencies get role-based access for owners, agents, and operations. Every listing, viewing, and document is tracked by user so you always know who did what.
How does the marketplace work?
Listings you publish in the Kasa portal are auto-syndicated to the public Kasa marketplace (web + installable PWA). Buyer enquiries come back into your portal tagged and assigned to the right agent. You can also keep listings unlisted if you prefer private sharing.
What does Kasa cost?
Kasa is currently free for all users. Pricing will be announced in the future.
Can I import my existing portfolio?
Yes. CSV import is built-in and our team will help you migrate from spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, or other PMS tools.
